We stand behind our products

At Nokona, we pride ourselves on quality, and stand behind our products. All Nokona products are fully guaranteed for 1 year against defective workmanship and material – when used for the purposes intended under normal conditions, and provided it receives proper care. Please note that leather colors and finishes are displayed as clearly as possible, but that product color may be somewhat different from what you view online due to natural leather variations.

Returns

All items, except for personalized products, can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in the original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable, and that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
